Such arbitration shall be held in Lagos, Nigeria by a sole arbitrator appointed by the president of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (UK) Nigeria branch and parties shall each bear their cost for the proceedings.
15. The law governing our relationship
The conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without reference to any conflict of law provisions.
