How to Delete Your Account (Mobile App)

Open the One Universe App
- Tap the One Universe icon on your phone to open the app.

Log In to Your Account
- Enter your email and password (or use your usual login method).
- Tap “Log In”.
You must be logged in to delete your account.

Go to Your Profile
- On the bottom menu, tap the Profile icon
(this looks like a person’s silhouette or say “Profile”).

Open Account Settings
- Inside your profile, look for “Account Settings”.
- Tap “Account Settings” to open it.

Find “Delete Account”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Settings page.
- Tap on “Delete Account”.

Read the Important Information
- Before you continue, the app would request that you enter your password for verification
- Upon successful verification you will see a question to confirm if you want to delete the account, such as:
- Are you sure you want to delete your account?

Confirm You Want to Delete
- The app will ask you to:
- Type “DELETE” to confirm, or CANCEL
- After confirming, tap “Yes, Delete My Account” or “Confirm Delete”.

Account Deleted
- You will see a final message like:
“Your account has been deleted successfully.” - You will be logged out of the app, and your account will no longer be available.
